Are Azzurra products compliant in Australia?

Yes. Our products are supplied for the Australian market and are designed to meet relevant plumbing and water-efficiency requirements where applicable (e.g., WELS and WaterMark where required). If you need a certificate or technical sheet for a project, contact us and we’ll provide the correct documentation for the specific product.

What WELS ratings do Azzurra toilets have?

We offer water-efficient toilet options, including 6-star WELS rated models in our eco range. Note: our 6-star WELS rated toilet range must be connected to a Drainwave unit to meet the 6-star WELS rating. 

Do I need a Drainwave unit to achieve 6-star WELS?

Yes—if you are specifying or aiming to achieve the 6-star WELS rating on applicable Azzurra toilet models, they must be installed with a Drainwave unit

Do you have rimless / easy-clean toilet options?

Yes. We offer modern, hygienic designs (including rimless-style options across ranges) depending on the model. If you share your preferred style (wall faced / close coupled / in-wall), we’ll recommend the best match.

Where can I find specifications and product codes?

Each product has a specification link/download on our website product pages, and our catalogue is also available online. 

Ordering, quotes & trade

Can I buy direct from Azzurra?

No but we support both retail purchase pathways (via resellers) and trade/project supply. The fastest way is to contact us with what you need and your location, and we’ll direct you to the best purchase option.

How do I request a quote?

Send us your product list (or plans/schedule if it’s a project), delivery suburb/postcode, and required date. We will respond with a solution with 48hrs.

Do you support builders, plumbers, designers and projects?

Yes. We regularly assist with selections, compliance documentation, and coordinated supply for residential and commercial projects.

Do you supply spare parts?

Yes—spare parts are available.

Delivery & Lead Times

What are your lead times?

Lead times vary by category and finish. In-stock items typically dispatch quickly; made-to-order or special finishes may take longer. For an accurate ETA, send your product codes and postcode.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we can assist with delivery options across Australia (delivery method and cost depend on product type and destination).

Can I pick up from your warehouse/showroom?

Yes—strictly by appointment only. Contact us to arrange a pickup time. 

Warranty, claims & support

What warranty do Azzurra products come with?

Azzurra provides product warranty coverage under our published Warranty Terms & Conditions. Warranty is generally subject to correct installation and use, and applies to products purchased and installed in Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Return eligibility depends on the purchase channel (reseller/trade account), product condition, and whether the item is special order. If you purchased via a reseller, they may manage the return. If purchased through Azzurra/trade supply, contact us with your invoice number and we’ll advise options.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect deliveries as soon as possible and report damage with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve promptly (replacement/parts depending on the situation).

Care, cleaning & maintenance

How do I clean and care for my products?

Use mild, non-abrasive cleaners and soft cloths. Avoid harsh chemicals, scorers, and aggressive acids/solvents—these can damage finishes and void warranty. (This is consistent with how leading tapware brands communicate care requirements.) 

My tapware finish is marked—what should I do?

Stop using abrasive products immediately. Try warm soapy water and a soft cloth first. If the issue persists, contact us with photos and the product code.
